We provide coaching and mentoring programs to sales teams, sales managers, as well as individual sales professionals.
Our coaching model centers on developing the knowledge, aptitudes, and productivity skills needed to succeed in the competitive senior marketplace. The goal of our coaching program is to develop and leverage one’s unique sales brand to build a successful book of business. Coaching is the most effective method for accelerating the productivity learning curve, by applying the concepts and deepening the skills learned in the formal training sessions.
Evidence-based scientific assessments are the foundation of our coaching programs. Our program includes strengths inventories, as well as sales performance assessments (SPQ Gold) that focus on attaining prospecting excellence. The goal is to use an individual’s “Sales DNA” as the blueprint for sustainable (and replicatable) business success.
We also help companies diagnose and “remediate” performance issues by providing mentor coaching programs for the manager (i.e., using “talent-based” sales coaching skills in conjunction with the MyTrac Productivity System). |
